Rajesh holds an engineering degree from BITS, Pilani and brings over 15 years of experience that has a blend of Sales, Marketing and Consulting in matured and evolving markets. Rajesh was one of the early starters and joined Servion in Feb 1997 and has led Servion’s growth in Asia Pacific, Middle East and India. Over the years, Rajesh has grown into a line manager with hands on approach and a record of success in developing business growth. He has achieved this through effective team, direct sales and channel management which is further enhanced by excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills. Amongst others, his core expertise lies in building teams that can apply business value to any technology and position a compelling value proposition for Global clients.
Prior to assuming the role in EMEA, Rajesh was in charge of Sales & Marketing for Servion in the Asia Pacific Region based in Singapore since April 2003. During the tenure he built up the Asia Pacific Operations of Servion into a robust and high growth engine and developed profitable client relationships across the region with Blue Chip accounts like Citigroup, DBS Bank, May Bank, Hutchinson, OCBC Bank, UOB, Comfort Delgro, AIA etc. He achieved this by executing clearly defined strategies & building collaborative working relationship with technology partners like Cisco, Avaya, Witness, Nuance, and strategic partners like IBM, HP, Fujitsu, Iflex etc.
Rajesh has travelled extensively and is a regular speaker in Contact Center conferences and seminars. Rajesh is based in Dubai, UAE, is an avid golfer and a regular long distance runner.
