KEY INITIATIVES AND STRENGTHS
KN Murali has over 20 years of experience working in India, USA and the UAE. He has worked in a variety of industries, spanning Automotive, Retail, Distribution and Manufacturing sectors, besides Information Technology. Between 2002, when he joined Servion, and 2004 he headed the India sales. He was instrumental in winning several large deals with International Call Centers in India and establishing the company’s presence among International Contact Centers in the country. In 2004 he moved to Princeton to establish and head the Outsourced Software Development division (OSD). During this stint he was responsible for establishing long term contracts with a number of large international clients and growing the OSD business. In his current role he once again heads the India business at Servion and manages the Sales, Delivery and Support in the country.
Murali has travelled extensively in the USA, Europe and the Middle East and has forged numerous international partnerships and negotiated several multi-national contracts during his career. He brings a blend of diverse, international professional experience, proven business, entrepreneurial and negotiation track record besides a very strong academic background.
Murali holds a B.Tech (Chemical Engineering) from the Regional Engineering College, Trichy, an M.S (Chemical Engineering) from The University of Toledo, USA and a MBA from the Krannert School of Management, Purdue University, USA. He has also attended the “Program on Negotiation” conducted by the Harvard Law School. Holding firm to the belief that continuing education is a critical aspect of personal and professional development, he is presently pursuing a post graduate degree in Business Law from the National Law School of India, Bangalore. In his free time he enjoys reading fiction of any kind.
