Our IVR applications are developed with DTMF and Speech user interfaces, incorporating business logic and usability inputs into the design. We have extensive experience in platforms such as Avaya, Intervoice, and Intel-Dialogic and Speech Application environments like Nuance.

Some customized features that we have built into our applications include customer validation, automated information retrieval, secure transactions, and automated complaint management.

Web
Our expertise in XML/ VXML technologies has enabled us to develop interface applications that connect to different business systems/ databases. They facilitate Web collaboration between the enterprise and clients using a Web or voice browser as the user interface. Some of the applications we have developed include Trouble Ticket, Help Desk, and Project Tracker using J2EE or .NET as the framework.
