Servion Global Solutions Limited (Servion), formally announced that it has received the "Most Significant Win" award in the Asia Pacific region from Avaya Communication, for the end-to-end Contact Center solution provided to HDFC Bank, India.
Avaya Communications (former Business Communication Solutions division of Lucent Technologies), is a leading provider of communication systems and software for enterprises. The award was handed over to Servion at their Asia Pacific Business Partners conference held at Bangkok between the 30th of January and the 2nd of February 2002. Servion is the Value Added Reseller (VAR) and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) for Avaya.
HDFC Bank was among the first few banks to have introduced technology to revolutionize the business response of customers in India. Starting with Phone Banking solutions for customers, HDFC Bank today services its customers from a state-of-the-art Contact Center from its office at Mumbai.
This is the second award of this nature that Servion has received from Avaya Communications. The first one being for "The most significant sale in Asia Pacific" to the Southern Railways (7 installations in South India).
