Aspect Software, solely focussed on the contact centre,
and Servion Global Solutions, a specialist in the customer interaction
management (CIM) space, have entered into a partnership to cater to the
growing requirements of the regional contact centre market. Under the terms of
the agreement, Servion will distribute Aspect’s Workforce management software
in India, according to a release. |
