Servion Global Solutions, a customer interaction management solutions provider, has expanded its operations in Chennai on the back of increasing business. The Chennai-based IT firm, which employs 360 people, has ex-panded to a new 11,000 sqft facility on the IT corridor in the city. It would shift its global development organisation and overseas software development teams to the new facility, the company said.
