Muscat — Servion Global Solutions, a specialist in the customer interaction management industry, has conducted its C2K5 workshops for its clients, with business partner, Jawad Sultan Technologies LLC in Oman.

C2K5 talks about the convergence crossover and deals with eight to ten changing paradigms that have created the same and how organisations should prepare themselves to handle it. From a cross over of voice networks to data networks, from fixed lines to wireless, from cameras to cellphones, from televisions to desktops, and from information services to voices services — the C2K5 workshop educates on all. Purely consultative, these workshops are exclusively designed to understand the client’s organisation from a business, operation, and technology perspective and provide it with a recommended technology blueprint (growth path) to suit its requirements. They will be conducted on a one-on-one basis with customers at their premises.
