First ISV vendor in Asia - Pacific region to integrate a CIM application with Microsoft CRM modules

Chennai, October 16, 2006 - Servion Global Solutions, a specialist in Customer Interaction Management (CIM) solutions, was conferred the prestigious ‘Best Dynamics Integration ISV Partner’ Award for the year 2006 by Microsoft. The award is in recognition of the revolutionary integration of Servion RAP CTI with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, which has provided Contact Centers a unique customer interaction platform. The award was presented by Neelam Dhawan, Managing Director, Microsoft (India) and Rajeev Mittal, Director, MBS Division, Microsoft India at the Microsoft Partner Summit 2006 held in Goa this year.

As a result of this first-of-its kind integration, users of Microsoft Dynamic CRM are now able to interact with their consumers, capture conversations across all channels of communication, and convert information into meaningful customer knowledge, all real-time.
