Service Global Solutions, a specialist in customer interaction management (CIM),
has launched scalable CIM solutions for the retail segment. The offerings
include interactive voice response and speech, computer telephony integration
and outbound interaction management (talemarketing). This suite of solutions
will enable retailers to provide a differentiated interaction experience to
the end consumer resulting in customer retention and increased revenue, the
company claimed in a statement.
