Servion Global Solutions has ties up with Microsoft to bundle its customer interaction management suite with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0, the software gaint's customer relationship managemnt. Mr. S Madhavan, CTO, Servion said the customers of MS's solution in india and other Asia pacific countries will have immediate access to contact centre interaction through Servion's CIM suite.
