Servion Global Solutions a major player in the Customer Interaction Management (CIM) domain today joined hands with IT gaint Microsoft India, to offer a CIM Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution for India and other countries in the Asia Pacific region.
With the help of Microsoft's latest CRM 3.0, the new solution would deliever customer-centric service capabilities that would enable consumers to have immediate access to contact center interactions through Servion's CIM service.
