Servion ties up with Aspect

Chennai, August 29, 2006 - Aspect Software Inc., focused on the contact centre services, has entered into an agreement with Services Global Solutions, a specialist in the customer interaction management (CIM) space, to serve the growing demand of the regional contact centre market.

Under the terms of the agreement, Servion will distribute Aspect eWorkforce ‘Management’ software in India. This partnership combines the technological innovation and contact centre focus of Aspect Software with Servion Global Solutions' strong consultative capabilities in the customer interaction management industry to their joint customers.

Aspect eWorkforce Management enables a contact centre to plan, manage and optimise the performance of multi-skilled, multi-channel, multi-site and outsourced staffing resources accurately and efficiently.

This scalable suite utilises industry-standard hardware and software and can integrate with all leading ACDs and predictive dialers to reduce operational complexity and cost.

According to a recent Frost & Sullivan report, Aspect Software is the leader in the workforce management market, owning 32.2% of the market worldwide, an 11.6% greater share than the next largest workforce management vendor.
