Servion Global Solutions, a company specialising in
customer interaction management solutions, has entered into a pact with the
US-based Aspect Software Inc. to distribute Aspect’s workforce management
solution “eWorkforce Management” in India. Aspect Software focuses on
developing solutions for contact centres. “eWorkforce Management” can enable a
contact centre to plan, manage and optimise the performance of multi-skilled,
multi-channel, multi-site and outsourced staffing resources, said a press
release.
