Aspect Software, an IT solutions vendor
for contact centers, has tied up with Servion Global Solutions, a Chennai-
based company into customer interaction management, to target India’s contact
centre market.
According to the agreement, Servion will distribute Aspect’s workforce management software in the country.
Mr. K. Balakrishnan, CEO of Servion said, the
solution would help contact centres gain significant business benefits by
maximizing agent productivity and performance. According to a recent Frost &
Sullivan report, Aspect has 32.2% share in workforce management market, the
company said in a statement. The solution, eWorkforce Management, enables a
contact centre to plan, manage and optimise the performance of its human
resources across locations, the statement said.
