Servion Global Solutions Expands Operations
Increases Headcount. Opens New Facilities in India, New Jersey, and California
Chennai, March 28, 2006

Servion Global Solutions, a specialist in Customer Interaction Management (CIM) solutions, today announced its strategic expansion plans. The company has expanded to a new 11,000 sq. ft, three-storied facility in the IT corridor at Taramani, Chennai, to house its increasing employee strength. It has also expanded its operations in Princeton, New Jersey and Silicon Valley, California to support larger and complex customer projects. The expansion will also envisage the company ramping up its headcount by over 100 in the next quarter.

Speaking on the expansion, Mr. K. Balakrishnan, MD & CEO, Servion Global Solutions, said," We are on a hyper drive to establish maximum share from the global market for our CIM solutions. Our investment in this expansion reinforces our commitment to build Servion into a global company offering best-in-class services to customers and a significant opportunity to our employees to build a career and create wealth."

Servion also plans to acquire more space by the year-end to cater to its growing business requirements. "The pipeline is pretty strong and we expect to further ramp-up our India operations by end of 2006. We plan to increase our employee strength to 460 by the second quarter and expand this further by year-end," added Mr. Balakrishnan. Servion currently has an employee strength of 360 across its various offices globally.

The new office is equipped with contemporary features that will enable employees to strike a perfect balance between their professional and personal lives. The facility boasts of a perky design with cheerful colors and a mini gym, besides provision for indoor games such as table tennis, carom, and chess. While the company will shift its Global Development Organization (GDO) and Overseas Software Development (OSD) teams to the new facility, its offices in Wallace Garden, Chennai will continue to remain the Head Office.
