Servion's CallBack Manager is available on industry standard IVR platforms such as Avaya and Dialogic with a touch-tone response. It also has a version, which integrates Speech Recognition, allowing callers to input their information through speech rather than entering letters and numbers on a telephone key pad. Speech Recognition is accomplished using Microsoft Speech Server and industry standard platforms and has been tested and certified by Microsoft under the ISV program.
