CallBack Manager Options
Service providers have personal preferences when it comes to technology and investments. To make it easier for service providers to take decisions, Servion's CallBack Manager is available in multiple configurations.

Servion's CallBack Manager is available on industry standard IVR platforms such as Avaya and Dialogic with a touch-tone response. It also has a version, which integrates Speech Recognition, allowing callers to input their information through speech rather than entering letters and numbers on a telephone key pad. Speech Recognition is accomplished using Microsoft Speech Server and industry standard platforms and has been tested and certified by Microsoft under the ISV program.
