Microsoft CRM (MS CRM) is a powerful tool that helps small- to medium-sized businesses increase sales success, deliver superior customer service, and make informed business decisions. It enables organizations to enhance their sales and customer service operations by implementing sales processes. Organizations can track the status of sales opportunities and account-contact relationships and monitor 'open' cases and case histories.

MS CRM can categorize activities on multiple interaction channels, including e-mail, voice, and fax. It comes with a built-in workflow tool, which enables organizations to perform time-based escalations, auto-responses to e-mails, and move the sales stage based on criteria.

MS CRM comes with two modules namely - Sales and Customer Service.
Sales Module

Customer Service Module

For instance, workflow can be used to send an e-mail alert automatically to a customer when the account balance becomes less than a given value. Similarly, MS CRM comes with a Knowledgebase module, which helps organizations to create, approve, and publish knowledgebase articles.
