Self Service application for efficient customer service
A regulated electric utility service provider that provides transmission and distribution services required a Self Service application in place that would deliver fast and efficient customer service. Servion provided a new voice-activated phone system. With state-of-the-art natural language technology, the customer is allowed to speak his service request aloud. The system enables customers to transact a wide range of requests. The application is intelligent enough to identify the customer even if he does not have the account number handy. The customer is identified through phone or Social Security numbers.

Design and deployment of airline reservation application
A leading airline with domestic and international destinations needed an airline reservation application. Servion designed and deployed a customer ticket booking application that allows customers to book tickets or search for available flights by lowest fare and best possible times. It also provides customers the option to pay for the ticket by credit card or keep the reservation alive for a particular time period till the customer pays for it through cash. The application supports one-way, round-trip, and multi-leg journeys and supports booking tickets for nine passengers.
